Our Corporate Marketing team is now hiring for an Associate Director of Marketing Operations. This role will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the systems, processes, analytics, and technology that drive marketing performance and business growth across Canyon Ranch's wellness destinations, membership club, digital offerings, events, and brand experiences. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role serves as the operational foundation of the marketing organization, ensuring the effective delivery of marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives. The position will aim to translate strategic plans into actionable projects, workflows, and deliverables while partnering cross-functionally to ensure the information, infrastructure, technology, and assets needed for success are aligned and effectively deployed. Working closely with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative & Copy, Revenue Management, Analytics, IT, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams, this role builds scalable marketing capabilities and operational processes that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Qualifications - Significant specialized experience with 6-10 years’ experience in same or related field. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with Major in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. - Preferred Master's degree or equivalent experience. - Demonstrates in-depth understanding of evolving luxury hospitality and wellness industries. - Possesses strong understanding of web, mobile, and digital marketing technologies. - Knowledge of financial principles, practices and procedures. Requirements - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing operations strategy and plan aligned with Canyon Ranch business objectives. - Oversee campaign operations from planning through execution, measurement, and optimization. - Create scalable processes to continually improve campaign planning, execution, workflow management, and cross-functional collaboration. - Build and maintain marketing project dashboards and executive reporting frameworks. - Own and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including marketing automation, DAM system, and CDP platforms and technologies. - Serve in a chief-of-staff capacity to the CMO. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing operations team. The Programming Content & Systems Manager is the architect behind how our world-class offerings come to life across every guest touchpoint. This role shapes the daily rhythm of the resort, translating a dynamic portfolio of wellness, spa, fitness, culinary, and immersive experiences into a seamless, elevated journey. Blending operational precision with creative vision, this position ensures every detail—from digital platforms to printed materials—reflects the sophistication, clarity, and intentionality of the Canyon Ranch experience. - Curate and publish daily programming schedules across all resort locations - Orchestrate the flow of programming content across cross-functional teams - Ensure a seamless, elevated presentation across digital platforms and print - Oversee scheduling systems and integrations to maintain accuracy and efficiency - Design and refine workflows that support a best-in-class operational cadence - Craft compelling, on-brand programming descriptions that inspire guest engagement - Continuously refine the guest journey through insights, feedback, and innovation - Support operational planning, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing process improvements. This role offers flexibility of a remote work environment, with occasional travel to resort locations as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - 3–5+ years in programming, content strategy, hospitality, or related field - Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities - Strong systems mindset with experience in digital platforms and scheduling tools - Refined communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and brand voice - Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and elevate shared outcomes
