• Own the cross-channel growth strategy for HubSpot’s French website and blog properties, with a focus on AI-driven search visibility and demand generation. • Develop and execute SEO, AEO/GEO, and CRO initiatives that improve HubSpot’s visibility across answer engines and AI-powered discovery platforms. • Design and run growth experiments across content, owned media, partnerships, and conversion pathways to identify scalable opportunities. • Translate experiment outcomes into repeatable playbooks, strategic recommendations, and operational improvements for broader international teams. • Partner closely with Global Growth, Web Strategy, and regional marketing teams to align priorities and execution. • Build reporting frameworks that connect AI visibility, search performance, and conversion outcomes to measurable business impact. • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve experimentation velocity, workflow efficiency, and content optimization. • Monitor emerging trends in AI search behavior, answer engine optimization, and content discovery to inform HubSpot’s long-term growth strategy. • Scale successful initiatives developed in France into broader international growth opportunities where relevant. • Contribute strategic insights and operational best practices to help shape HubSpot’s evolving AEO discipline globally.
Job Requirements
- Professional fluency in French and English.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, SEO/AEO/GEO, digital strategy, or related growth-focused marketing roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO and answer engine optimization, including a strong understanding of how AI-driven search differs from traditional search.
- Experience improving visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar answer engines.
- Strong experience building and executing experimentation programs across content, search, and conversion funnels.
- Experience owning or materially contributing to go-to-market or growth strategies with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with international marketing, growth, analytics, and web strategy teams.
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows, experimentation, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities and playbooks continue to evolve.

They are looking for their first dedicated Growth Lead to drive user acquisition, community engagement, and early-stage growth. This is an opportunity to join a high-calibre founding team and take ownership of growth strategy and execution from day one.
