Opera
• Partner with advertisers and agencies to understand business objectives, campaign goals, and growth priorities. • Develop performance strategies and optimization recommendations focused on customer acquisition, lead generation, app installs, and ROAS. • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights that improve advertiser outcomes and long-term success. • Conduct regular business reviews, performance consultations, and strategic planning sessions with clients. • Collaborate with Ad Operations teams to ensure successful campaign launches, delivery, optimization, and reporting. • Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, attribution data, and inventory utilization to identify growth opportunities. • Troubleshoot performance, tracking, and attribution challenges while coordinating solutions across internal stakeholders. • Support forecasting, campaign planning, and measurement strategies. • Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations teams to advocate for client needs and improve advertiser experience.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Client Solutions, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Performance Marketing, Ad Operations, Account Management, or AdTech.
- Strong understanding of performance advertising, user acquisition, attribution, conversion tracking, and programmatic advertising.
- Experience working with DSPs, ad platforms, mobile measurement partners (MMPs), or performance marketing technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with experience supporting both external clients and internal stakeholders.

What you would do on a daily basis - Own the end-to-end Azure Marketplace journey - packaging (managed applications, container offers, AKS app offers, solution templates, transactable offers), publishing, and continuous optimization of FlowX.AI's cloud offerings. - Design and implement Azure-based architectures for FlowX.AI deployments in highly regulated industries, covering network isolation, private connectivity, and compliance requirements. - Build and maintain cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform (Azure provider) to create repeatable, scalable deployment artifacts across customer and partner environments. - Deploy and manage Kubernetes applications on AKS using Helm, driving CI/CD pipeline best practices and DevOps excellence across the organization. - Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer, and Microsoft partner teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments and strengthen FlowX.AI's co-sell motions. - Support customer-facing discussions, workshops, and pre-sales engagements - bridging deep technical architecture with business and partner stakeholder needs. Qualifications - Hands-on expertise with Azure Marketplace packaging across managed applications, container offers, AKS app offers, solution templates, and transactable offers. - Deep experience with Azure infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud-native services, paired with strong command of Terraform for automated, repeatable deployments. - Proven ability to deploy and manage Kubernetes applications on AKS using Helm, with solid CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals. - Comfortable owning Azure architecture end-to-end - from design and implementation through operations — in both partner-commercial and deep-technical contexts. - Strong communicator able to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders, including in pre-sales and partner conversations. - Background in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries, with an understanding of the security and compliance constraints that come with it.
