• Source candidates with active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearances for technical, engineering, cybersecurity, intelligence, and mission support positions. • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans utilizing networking, referrals, social media platforms, databases, professional associations, and recruiting tools. • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified cleared candidates to support current and future hiring requirements. • Partner closely with talent acquisition manager to understand position requirements, technical skill sets, and program priorities. • Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, clearance status, career goals, and compensation expectations. • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within company systems. • Attend industry events, cleared career fairs, and networking opportunities to expand Solerity's talent network. • Provide exceptional candidate experiences while representing Solerity's brand and values. • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular pipeline updates to leadership. • Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and Intelligence Community hiring practices.

• Serves as the primary system administrator and application owner for SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) across six environments, supporting USTRANSCOM’s global user community. • Performs full lifecycle installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of SAP BusinessObjects including reporting engine administration, universe management and conversion (UNV ? UNX), managing custom proxy authentication code, user federation, and multi-site failover. • Conducts and documents major BOBJ upgrades, including planning, building new environments, migrating content, validating configurations, testing proxies, and ensuring compatibility across NIPR/SIPR environments. • Administers, configures, and troubleshoots Oracle-based BOBJ metadata repositories, LDAP integration, and automated provisioning processes. • Administers WebLogic front-end platform for BOBJ, including authentication, performance tuning, configuration, and Tier-3 application support. • Maintains root-level Linux/RHEL servers supporting all BOBJ environments, including server health monitoring, scripting, rebuilding servers after failures, and hardware troubleshooting. • Performs continuous monitoring and optimization of system performance, logs, capacity, and reliability. • Supports custom Auto-Provisioning workflows that create BOBJ accounts, database accounts, and group assignments. • Collaborates with data engineering teams using Teradata, Python, Informatica, and file transfer pipelines to ensure BOBJ reporting aligns with backend systems. • Documents all aspects of the system for future maintenance and upgrades. • Assists in other functions as directed by Program Manager.

• Join Solerity as a Senior Data Engineer / ETL Developer to support USTRANSCOM IGC Program. • Design and maintain ETL pipelines, data integration workflows, and database solutions for logistics systems. • Collaborate with developers and architects to deliver reliable and scalable data services across IGC platform.

• Define required tags, allowed values, and tagging standards (dataset/table/column), including inheritance rules. • Map database objects to logical names and plain-language definitions aligned to mission and functional use. • Translate governance requirements into implementable tagging rules and measurable acceptance criteria. • Define policy-enabling tags that support ABAC/ICAM enforcement use cases (e.g., classification, CUI/PII, dissemination/release constraints). • Specify minimum provenance/lineage fields needed to explain source, movement, and transformations for auditability. • Set metadata quality gates for completeness and correctness; manage and document exceptions/deviations with a clear workflow. • Provide rules, templates, and patterns that enable automation (pattern-based tagging, rulesets, validation checks). • Validate export structures for catalog ingestion readiness (required fields, traceability) and support JSON/XML/CSV outputs. • Brief stakeholders, support PoC demonstrations, and capture feedback for scaling beyond the PoC dataset.
