• Demonstrating the value of Idira’s identity security solutions to prospective and current SLED customers. • Engaging with clients via demos, presentations, meetings and POCs. • Driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process alongside the sales team. • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with public sector organizations. • Supporting and enabling Idira’s partner network.

Job Requirements

  • MIS/Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ Years experience in a presales technical role, ideally specifically with identity management or security technologies.
  • Expertise in Government IT & Security Requirements with knowledge of public sector IT environments and security accreditation processes.
  • Collaborative & Solution-Oriented with ability to work closely with customers and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of identity security technologies and Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
  • Experience with IaaS/PaaS administration and support within cloud providers.

What you would do on a daily basis - Own the end-to-end Azure Marketplace journey - packaging (managed applications, container offers, AKS app offers, solution templates, transactable offers), publishing, and continuous optimization of FlowX.AI's cloud offerings. - Design and implement Azure-based architectures for FlowX.AI deployments in highly regulated industries, covering network isolation, private connectivity, and compliance requirements. - Build and maintain cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform (Azure provider) to create repeatable, scalable deployment artifacts across customer and partner environments. - Deploy and manage Kubernetes applications on AKS using Helm, driving CI/CD pipeline best practices and DevOps excellence across the organization. - Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer, and Microsoft partner teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments and strengthen FlowX.AI's co-sell motions. - Support customer-facing discussions, workshops, and pre-sales engagements - bridging deep technical architecture with business and partner stakeholder needs.
