This is a foundational role within the Content & Marketing team, where you'll work closely with writers, SEO specialists, and team leads to ensure content goes live accurately, consistently, and at the quality bar we expect. - Your main responsibility will be uploading and formatting content on our CMS while ensuring every page meets our quality standards. - This includes checking SEO fundamentals, spotting editorial issues, and flagging gaps before content goes live. - You'll do some light editing and refinement where needed, but your focus is being a quality gate: catching what's broken, what's missing, or what doesn't align with our template and brand voice. - You'll also support the wider content team with operational tasks such as auditing pages, maintaining documents, and running process-driven work that keeps things moving. - This isn't just about publishing pages; you'll learn how content operations, SEO, and publishing workflows work together at scale. - You'll contribute real work from week one and build hands-on exposure to how high-quality content gets shipped across a fast-moving marketplace. If you're someone who notices details others miss, enjoys bringing structure to messy workflows, and cares deeply about clarity and quality, this role is for you. Qualifications - Sharp eye for detail and consistency - Ability to follow templates and editorial guidelines accurately - Basic understanding of what makes content clear and useful - Comfortable working with AI-generated content and identifying where it falls short - Research and fact-checking instincts Requirements - Upload, format, and structure content on our CMS (Prismic) - Ensure proper use of headings, links, and page structure - Maintain consistency in formatting and layout across pages - Review AI-generated drafts against our templates before publishing - Check for SEO basics: meta title, meta description, internal linking - Flag gaps, inconsistencies, or content that doesn't meet our standards - Do light editing where needed: fix clarity issues, cut repetition, improve flow - Loop in team leads/writers when needed to improve content quality - Support the team with page audits and content hygiene tasks - Help maintain and update internal documents as needed - Handle process-driven tasks that keep the content pipeline running smoothly Benefits - Real ownership from day one: Your work goes live on Headout, used by millions of travellers booking experiences across 100+ cities worldwide. - Learn content operations at scale: You'll build hands-on experience in content operations, SEO, CMS publishing, and editorial workflows. - Exposure beyond just content: You'll see how content, product, SEO, and growth work together behind the scenes. - A quality-first culture: We move fast, but we care deeply about clarity, consistency, and usefulness. - A team that values ownership: You'll work directly with the content and SEO teams, with real accountability from week one. - A product people genuinely use: Headout helps people discover and book tours, attractions, and activities across the world.
