Role Description We are looking for an Associate Business Development Manager, Singapore to join our APAC Business Team. Reporting to the Regional General Manager - APAC & MENA, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial success and market expansion in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape Headout's growth in one of Asia's most competitive and dynamic travel and experiences markets. As the face and voice of Headout in Singapore, you will collaborate with supply partners and travel experience providers to strengthen relationships, expand our offerings, and deliver exceptional value to our customers. What makes this role special? - Build: You'll have your fingerprints all over Headout. You'll do whatever it takes to launch quickly, get 1% better every day, and scale something completely new. This means everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details — launch new experience categories by identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding new Supply Partners and distribution-side partnerships across Singapore. - Nurture: Continuously nurture relationships with our existing Supply Partners — from iconic attractions like Gardens by the Bay, Universal Studios Singapore, and Singapore Zoo — to leverage them for additional growth and deepen our presence across Sentosa, Marina Bay, and beyond. - Collaborate: Liaise between internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Marketing, etc.) and your accounts to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and growth of bookings. - Analyze: Identify market trends and provide market and competitor analysis to optimize business strategies across Singapore and the broader APAC region. Qualifications - Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, or any other Asian language. - Currently based in Singapore. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in consumer tech, travel tech, or marketplace startups. - Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. - Global mindset and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and time zones across APAC. - A start-up attitude — highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial mindset and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. - Experience working with a CRM; eager to learn and use new tools. Bonus - You have experience scaling sales or business development function in a travel or e-commerce startup. This is a remote role.
