Role Description We're looking for someone to grow the Hedepy for Business brand in Poland. Someone who likes to act, has a head full of ideas, gets B2B marketing, and wants real influence over how we talk to the market. If you enjoy mixing strategy with creativity, you're at home in content, events and LinkedIn, and AI is already a daily tool for you, we might be looking for you. 💛 - Build and develop the marketing communication strategy for the Polish market - Plan content and build the calendar of marketing activities and events - Organize webinars and offline events, from conferences to our own meetups for clients and HR partners - Run our social media, mainly LinkedIn (that's where a lot happens) - Create expert content: articles, newsletters, e-books and reports - Work with B2B marketing managers from other countries and swap ideas - Coordinate the performance and SEO agency: brief them, optimize, keep the quality high - Work closely with the design and UX team so everything looks and works great - Analyze campaign results, draw conclusions, test new approaches - Partner with Sales and Customer Success on joint initiatives, sales materials and case studies Qualifications - 4+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, with direct ownership of content, campaigns and events. - Native or fluent Polish (C1+). You'll be creating content for the Polish market: articles, newsletters, social posts, event copy. - Fluent English (B2+), written and spoken. It's our daily working language. - Hands-on experience with Canva, MailerLite, Google Analytics and Figma. - Proven experience organizing both online and offline events (webinars, conferences, meetups). - Strong analytical skills: you can read campaign data, spot patterns and make independent calls. - Active use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) as part of your daily workflow, for content, research, analysis and reporting. - Able to work on a B2B contract.
