Role Description We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work closely with our team to identify, build, and validate new business ideas. This is a remote role focused on exploring startup opportunities, testing them in the market, and helping turn promising ideas into scalable ventures. - Identify new business opportunities and startup ideas - Conduct market research and validate ideas with users - Build and test MVPs (minimum viable products) - Work with internal teams to develop and iterate on ideas - Define business models and go-to-market strategies - Present findings and ideas to leadership/investors Qualifications - Prior experience in startups or entrepreneurship preferred - Strong understanding of product building and market validation - Ability to work independently in a remote setup - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and execution ability Requirements - Remote (work from anywhere)
• Research startups, markets, and target audiences • Define positioning, ICP, and messaging frameworks • Create weekly/monthly content strategies • Plan content formats (posts, threads, storytelling, etc.) • Convert complex ideas into simple, clear narratives • Optimize content based on performance insights
• Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.) • Plan and schedule organic content calendars • Engage with followers, comments, and community discussions • Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements • Support organic user acquisition strategies • Engage in relevant online communities (forums, groups, Reddit, etc.) • Identify growth opportunities through content and conversations • Assist in building brand awareness without paid ads • Research and reach out to creators, partners, and communities • Handle cold outreach via email/LinkedIn • Maintain outreach lists and track responses • Coordinate collaborations and brand mentions • Assist in planning and promoting online/offline events • Manage event communication and attendee engagement • Coordinate with speakers, partners, and internal teams • Track event performance and feedback • Monitor basic performance metrics across social and outreach channels • Prepare simple weekly reports on growth, engagement, and outreach results • Suggest ideas to improve organic reach and conversions
• Develop and maintain brand identity systems (logo usage, typography, color palettes, imagery style) • Design marketing and communication materials such as social media creatives, ads, presentations, brochures, and website visuals • Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels • Create brand guidelines and ensure adherence across teams and vendors • Translate strategic brand concepts into visually compelling designs • Work on campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials • Stay updated with design trends and apply relevant visual innovations
• Research fashion, beauty, luxury and ecommerce brands • Identify founders and decision-makers • Build outreach lists and prospect pipelines • Send outreach via email, LinkedIn and Instagram • Schedule meetings and follow-ups • Maintain CRM and partnership records • Support client and partnership initiatives
• Lead M3's digital, design, and technology functions. • Oversee design, development, digital products, AI tools, and automation initiatives. • Ensure high-quality UX/UI and technical delivery. • Collaborate with the Strategy team to transform ideas into scalable digital products. • Establish digital processes, standards, and best practices. • Drive innovation across design and technology.

• Lead and manage a team of engineers (MERN / Full Stack / Backend) • Plan, assign, and track project tasks and timelines • Ensure timely delivery of features and product releases • Guide system design and architecture decisions • Review code and maintain coding standards and best practices • Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders • Identify risks, dependencies, and remove blockers • Mentor and support engineers for skill and career growth • Participate in hiring and team building
