Facilities Manager

• Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Manager and become the orchestrator behind several premier office facilities across North Carolina • Serving as the single point of contact for tenant relations and facility operations across multiple North Carolina office properties • Supporting the Area Manager in the implementation of short and long-term facility projects for the client portfolio • Developing and implementing innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity • Overseeing the development and management of capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with client representatives • Coordinating critical facility services to maintain industry-leading standards across all properties • Preparing and delivering appropriate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for client stakeholders • Conducting regular facility visits throughout the eastern Carolina region to ensure operational excellence • Driving tenant satisfaction initiatives and responding to facility-related concerns and requests • Collaborating with Facility Management Leads and cross-functional teams to optimize facility performance

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of facilities management experience specifically in office facilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the eastern Carolina region
  • Based in or near Raleigh, North Carolina
  • Strong budget development and financial management capabilities
  • Proven track record of implementing cost-reduction initiatives
  • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and client representatives
  • Preferred: Experience managing multi-site facility portfolios
  • Preferred: Background in Critical Level facility operations
  • Preferred: Familiarity with commercial real estate operations and industry standards
