• Develop and maintain a variety of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools (standard, ongoing, ad-hoc) that deliver real-time insights and data visualization on staffing trends, demand forecasting and operational performance • Manage SimpliFi's survey and evaluation data for all performance and assignment completion evaluations across clients • Develop and implement a data management strategy to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, relevance, and consistency across systems • Develop, maintain, and manage a robust menu of scheduled reporting and analysis to inform business decision-making • Work closely with Operations and Client Strategy to develop analytics tools that align with business objectives; apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance • Develop, implement, and maintain a system for keeping data/reporting SOPs current • Lead and/or participate in data and analytics projects by executing the entire data analytics life cycle (e.g., including meeting with business stakeholder, gathering requirements/discovery, data preparation/cleaning, building reports visualizations, communicating results, operationalization) • Continually explore and implement ways to improve/streamline current data gathering and reporting processes for maximum efficiency and scalability • Serve as an advisory resource for other team members by providing guidance and assistance on data and analytics-related interactions
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of data analysis, reporting, and data visualization experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization tools, such as DOMO, Tableau, or similar Qlik BI tools
- Prior experience with AirTable, VNDLY, B4Health, monday.com or similar tools
- Thorough understanding of Healthcare terminology, Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs and Vendor Management (VMS) systems
- Proven success delivering and presenting analytical solutions and insights to external stakeholders
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks/priorities with competing interests without losing efficiency
- Familiarity with ticketing support systems (i.e., Happy Fox or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data findings and insights to diverse audiences, including executive leaders, client stakeholders, and peers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to mentor and develop others.

This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $112,000 - $159,300.
