• Develop and maintain a variety of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools (standard, ongoing, ad-hoc) that deliver real-time insights and data visualization on staffing trends, demand forecasting and operational performance • Manage SimpliFi's survey and evaluation data for all performance and assignment completion evaluations across clients • Develop and implement a data management strategy to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, relevance, and consistency across systems • Develop, maintain, and manage a robust menu of scheduled reporting and analysis to inform business decision-making • Work closely with Operations and Client Strategy to develop analytics tools that align with business objectives; apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance • Develop, implement, and maintain a system for keeping data/reporting SOPs current • Lead and/or participate in data and analytics projects by executing the entire data analytics life cycle (e.g., including meeting with business stakeholder, gathering requirements/discovery, data preparation/cleaning, building reports visualizations, communicating results, operationalization) • Continually explore and implement ways to improve/streamline current data gathering and reporting processes for maximum efficiency and scalability • Serve as an advisory resource for other team members by providing guidance and assistance on data and analytics-related interactions
• Partner closely with recruiters and clinicians throughout the hiring and booking process • Verify candidate qualifications, references, work history, and documentation • Help prepare traveler profiles and applications for submission • Support booking-related administrative processes • Collaborate cross-functionally to help move candidates through the pipeline quickly and efficiently • Provide ongoing support and communication throughout assignments • Meet performance goals and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
• Build and maintain facility profiles within internal systems, ensuring account data remains accurate and up to date • Process facility updates submitted by Account Managers and Recruitment Leaders, including operational details such as trauma levels, bed size, and facility attributes • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across internal systems and documentation • Support administrative aspects of the contract lifecycle by organizing documentation and tracking key milestones • Assist with reporting setup and maintenance to support internal and client performance tracking • Gather and organize data to support account strategy discussions and internal reporting needs • Prepare reports and materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and assist with formatting client-facing presentations • Assist with Certificates of Insurance (COI) requests and other client documentation needs • Support audits, ad hoc data requests, and completion of client-required forms and documentation • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to help ensure smooth client operations
• Provide day-to-day operational support to clients and Client Success Managers • Qualifying placement opportunities and posting requisitions • Completing profile screening and onboarding support • Creating and distributing activity and performance reports • Providing follow-up initiatives and customer service • Meeting and developing relationships with hiring managers • Managing a desk of 150 TOA within six months • Assisting Implementations team with tasks • Identifying opportunities for program improvements • Auditing bookings for accuracy • Maintaining communication with supplier partners on contracts
• Prospect candidates through calls, texts, email, and social media • Build trust quickly and create lasting relationships • Match healthcare professionals with open travel assignments • Negotiate offers and overcome objections • Manage a pipeline and move candidates fast • Hit goals, win business, and grow income
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Client Facilities, Account Managers, and Nurse Recruiters to ensure appropriate traveler assignment placement • Review end of assignment clinical evaluations with travelers • Extend clinical support to travelers through coaching, counseling, and remediation • Assist the Clinical Liaisons with pre-employment orientation • Ensure the termination process is completed accurately and timely • Monitor traveler and workplace events • Ensure the Peer Review process is completed • Serve as a clinical resource for all TNAA & TotalMed staff • Travel to client facilities as requested or required • Provide coverage for other Directors of Nursing and VP of Clinical Services
• Prospect healthcare professionals (calls, texts, emails, social media) • Interview and qualify Travelers to match them with assignments • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful placements • Provide ongoing support and expertise throughout each assignment • Advise Travelers by aligning pay and assignments with their goals • Live our Core Values every day
