Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred but not essential. Requirements - 5-7+ years proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C level. WFM/Payroll experience a strong plus. - Consistently exceed a $1 Million+ quota ARR bookings. - 3+ years selling complex deals over $500K in ARR. - Demonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch. - Consistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process including internal business partners and executive engagement. Role Description The Remote Closing Agent completes closing transactions in refinance, resale (that may include market trend transactions such as short sales and foreclosures) and builder segments by determining requirements, clearing title, assembling, preparing and reviewing closing documents, and disbursing funds. The Closing Agent takes responsibility for the entire closing transaction. This particular role will be remote and will work with multiple offices in Colorado to assist with Closing duties on a daily basis. It is a full-time, benefits eligible position. We are seeking a qualified Closing Agent to join our Team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 (or more) years of escrow/title experience.
