Success in this role comes from: - Conducting meaningful needs assessment conversations with families - Applying your education/teaching/training experience to recommend personalized learning solutions for each prospective client/student - Building trust through consultative conversations - Demonstrating subject matter expertise in educational products and services Location: Fully Remote Position within the US Upcoming Start Dates/Training: - Paid Training Schedule (Virtual | 6 weeks total): Training for all 6 weeks will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch taken at the same time each day). Post-Training Schedule: After successful completion of training, your permanent schedule will be one of the options below (Central Time). Role Description The Remote Closing Agent completes closing transactions in refinance, resale (that may include market trend transactions such as short sales and foreclosures) and builder segments by determining requirements, clearing title, assembling, preparing and reviewing closing documents, and disbursing funds. The Closing Agent takes responsibility for the entire closing transaction. This particular role will be remote and will work with multiple offices in Colorado to assist with Closing duties on a daily basis. It is a full-time, benefits eligible position. We are seeking a qualified Closing Agent to join our Team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 (or more) years of escrow/title experience.
