Role Description As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner at Ventra Health, you will work alongside the TA Leader and provide full cycle recruiting for various segments within the enterprise. Manage a portfolio of positions that range from individual contributor to professional level. This position also builds and manages relationships across various segments, develops robust candidate pipelines, and as part of the TA team, facilitates the hiring/onboarding process. Essential Functions and Tasks - Develops and maintains strong working relationships with hiring managers and TA team to facilitate the hiring process, assist with the identification of talent, and determine the direction and strategy of current openings. - Serves as a positive and professional team member for the enterprise - speaking to the organization’s mission, vision, and culture. - Leverages online recruiting sources and develops and maintains an extensive network of contacts from which to identify and source qualified candidates. - Manages a high volume of positions, and reviews applicants to determine alignment of skills, experience, and knowledge with position requirement. - Schedules intake calls with the hiring manager to understand the required qualifications. - Conducts candidate phone screens using behavioral based methodologies to assess job fit, technical ability, and cultural orientation, and makes recommendations to management accordingly. - Oversees the scheduling of all interviews for the hiring manager and gathers feedback. - Manages communication with engaged candidates throughout the entire process to include status updates, offer extension, salary negotiation, and onboarding. - Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities. - Ensures the proper closeout of assigned searches and conducts administrative follow up tasks to include background processing, metrics tracking, reporting, and applicant tracking system updates. - Conducts candidate follow-up calls and participates in quality-improvement initiatives with hiring managers and new hires. - Builds out strong talent pipelines for future hiring classes or leadership needs. - Works collaboratively with TA leader, TA team, and People Services team to develop and implement staffing plans, process improvements, and long-term strategies. - Performs special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Prior experience with global recruitment (US, Philippines, India) and cloud-based applicant tracking system, preferred. - Experience working with consultant agencies firms. - Healthcare and revenue cycle management (RCM) experience, preferred. - Minimum of four (4) years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience with at least two (2) years focused on executive or senior level hiring required. - Proven track record of filling senior/executive roles in the healthcare industry. Requirements - Thorough working knowledge of all full cycle recruiting aspects including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence. - Experience working in various job boards – Indeed, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Naukri, etc. - Ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions. - Ability to keep abreast of industry trends, employment law/regulations, and recruiting best practices and metrics. - Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately. - Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful and professional manner. - Ability to prioritize, be resourceful, and ensure that deadlines are met. - Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies. - Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. - Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner. - Understand and comply with company policies and procedures. - Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills. Compensation - Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. - This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
