• Manage and maintain recruiting systems, candidate records, and hiring workflows to keep the recruiting process organized and up to date. • Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, recruiting platforms, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach. • Assist with creating, posting, and updating job advertisements across recruiting platforms and hiring channels. • Review resumes and assist with initial candidate screening to help identify strong-fit candidates for open roles. • Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams across a fully remote organization. • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a professional and organized candidate experience. • Manage candidate pipelines, interview progress, and recruiting workflows to help drive hiring efforts from sourcing through candidate selection. • Support hiring managers by coordinating recruiting updates, follow-ups, and next steps throughout the hiring process. • Help improve recruiting processes, documentation, and hiring workflows as the organization continues to grow. • Handle candidate and company information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, HR coordination, or a similar coordination-focused role.
- Experience maintaining candidate records, recruiting systems, interview schedules, and hiring workflows.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational accuracy across scheduling, documentation, candidate records, and recruiting coordination activities.
- Capable of working independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with hiring priorities and team needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
