The Neuroscience Shared Services environment is a dynamic, evolving environment interfacing with a variety of customer types across Medtronic. Specifically, in this role, the Associate Customer Specialist is responsible for processing various customer requests and payments that require personal skills in communication, analytics, auditing, project work, and administrative support while independently performing these tasks in support of business needs. Critical to this role is the ability to bring cross-functional roles together to collaborate and align standard business practices impacting good business decisions and outcomes. Role Description The Renewals Specialist owns the end-to-end contract renewal process across Ensono's enterprise client base. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field. - 5+ years managing complex, bespoke enterprise renewals in managed services, IT outsourcing, or hosting environments; mainframe experience is a plus. - Demonstrated success managing enterprise accounts at $10M–$20M+ ACV, with the ability to manage multiple renewals simultaneously and meet agreed deadlines. - A sales mindset — you understand how to position value, identify opportunity, and move a commercial conversation forward. - Comfortable and confident in client-facing settings, including executive-level engagement. - Strong financial acumen including pricing models, margins, and contract terms. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate strategy to clients and senior stakeholders. - Proven negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex, multi-party relationships with confidence. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and thought leadership across competing priorities. - Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time. The Retention Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming calls, identifying reason for the call through discovery, and transferring to the correct department for handling. This position may also require scheduling or rescheduling sales appointments, service calls, and installs related to the Retention Team. Processing cancellation requests for some cancel types also possible. This is an entry level role for our Existing Customer Sales department. The intent of this role is to introduce our new team members to our ADT products, policies, and processes, and to prepare them to promote to the Existing Customer Sales Representative role. This promotion may take place anywhere from 60-180 days from your start date, depending on readiness.
