Role Description IPSY is looking for a strategic and hardworking Brand Partnerships Manager, who will play a vital role as part of our Brand Partnerships Team. Our team works with beauty brands to source amazing products for our IPSY member subscriptions. As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be sourcing the best brands and products for our business. You will be responsible for sourcing new and exciting brands, and building strong lasting relationships with existing brands. Our dream candidate is an ultra-organized, proactive beauty junkie with impeccable attention to detail and lots of positive energy. This position will report to the Director of Brand Partnerships and will work out of our New York City or Santa Monica Office. What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads, pitch IPSY’s value proposition, and participate in business planning. - Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with key brands by helping them achieve their objectives and develop a long-term business development strategy for consistent campaigns. - Product Sourcing: Identify new brands and trending products, including acquiring exclusive products and presenting internally for future campaign inclusion. - Strategic Upselling: Work with the strategy team to identify targets for, pitch, and close on IPSY’s premium marketing and media services. - Deal Negotiation: Negotiate best-in-market cost, contract terms, and product offering to support overall growth strategy. - Brand Education: Continuously educate brands on IPSY's new product offerings. - Internal Advocacy: Act as the brand ambassador internally to help define the vision, goals, and positioning of the brand in their IPSY campaign. - Process Curation: Identify common callouts from brands during the curation process to assist in the development of future initiatives. - Event Representation: Participate in industry and company events along with marketing production, as needed. - Team Leadership: Potential to manage one or more direct-reports and/or contractors. - Project Management: Run point on one or more key strategic initiatives related to Brand Partnerships strategy. Qualifications - Industry Experience: Minimum 5+ years of account management, buyer, or merchandising experience specifically within the beauty industry. - Financial Acumen: Analytical and business-minded approach with a proven track record of meeting strict monthly goals and financial targets. - Negotiation & Pitching: Expert ability to negotiate with vendors for best possible product costs alongside confidence pitching to external and internal clients. - Execution & Structure: Highly organized, autonomous, and results-driven work style equipped to handle competing priorities and high-value accounts. - Communication Skills: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills optimized for external contacts, cross-functional team members, and executive leadership. - Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree combined with an authentic, deep-rooted passion for the beauty space. Role Description As the Director Payments, you will oversee and manage all aspects of payment processing strategy, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, security, and compliance. You will drive process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance our payment processing capabilities to best serve our members. A key responsibility is owning the forecasting and financial analysis of authorization rates, declines and payment‑processing fees, and collaborating with payments operations to translate performance trends into accurate revenue planning, monthly forecasts and unit-economic insights. We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record of improving and managing payment strategy. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is driven by the opportunity to lead a functional area. This role requires experience in managing the underlying payment activities for card products and the financial outcomes they drive. This position reports to the VP of FP&A and can be fully remote (only from one of the 16 U.S. states where IPSY has a business presence). What You’ll Be Doing: - Develop a short and long-term payment strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives. - Lead the execution of all payments related initiatives including, but not limited to, implementing new payments products and/or processes and CRM campaigns. - Own the monthly forecast inputs for payment authorization rates, declines, recovery rates and processing fees. - Identify and lead the implementation of industry-leading payment solutions that enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth. - Work with partners (card networks, processors, and banks), partner dealers, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues detected with the company’s merchant processor programs and payment activities. - Collaborate with the payments operations team to review analyses of payment processing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing leadership with clear visibility into financial risk, opportunity, and the drivers of payment success. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize payment processing efficiency and minimize errors and fees. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including PCI DSS. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in payment processing. - Lead the strategic aspects of all card services processing activities. - Research and identify additional payment products to augment the company’s overall products and services. - Provide standardized metrics and reporting to the executive management team regarding the performance of the company’s payment products. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in payment processing or financial operations, including direct experience with subscription/recurring payment processing and at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Deep understanding of payment processing systems, different payment methods, payment messaging, payment routing, and industry regulations. - Well-rounded understanding of compliance and risks surrounding payment products. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-departmental teams. - Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Role Description We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead IPSY's fast-paced, customer-centric Digital Experiences team. This team powers the personalized subscription experience for our 2M+ members across IPSY Original, Extra, Ultimate, and more. As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving both technical delivery and architectural excellence, while also leading and mentoring engineering leaders. You’ll be responsible for shaping the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring the platforms and tools you build elevate user engagement, retention, and personalization across IPSY's digital products. In this role, you'll lead a talented team of engineers and engineering managers, developing talent at scale and fostering a culture of growth and innovation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other teams to shape the future of our platform, while scaling engineering efforts and optimizing development processes to meet the growing needs of the business. Qualifications - 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in an engineering management role, including managing engineering managers and scaling multi-team organizations in fast-paced, product-driven environments. - Proven experience delivering high-quality, high-traffic digital experiences using modern web stacks (e.g., React/Next.js, Java, GraphQL, AWS). - Deep understanding of scalable systems, API design, cloud infrastructure, and performance optimization. - Strong people management skills, with a proven track record of mentoring engineers and engineering managers at various levels. - Product Mindset: Strong understanding of how technology impacts user experience and business outcomes. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, design, marketing, data, and QA to drive impactful initiatives. - Ability to think strategically and critically to address technical and business challenges while maintaining a hands-on approach when necessary. Shipping Operations Business Analyst

Role Description We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Shipping Operations team and support IPSY’s monthly subscription execution and logistics functions. In this role, you will complete analyses to plan, review, and improve our monthly subscription distribution. You will also work with internal and external partners to enhance our member’s experience, help drive fulfillment strategy execution across our facilities and further develop internal review and reporting processes. This is a highly visible and collaborative role, where you’ll work closely with our warehouse and distribution partners as well as internal teams, such as Product, Marketing, and Operations. This position reports to the Director of Shipping & International Operations and is a remote role based in Argentina. What You’ll Be Doing: - Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting and forecasting models to improve our monthly subscriptions distribution programs. - Coordinate with IPSY’s warehouses and distribution partners to ensure service-level consistency across different programs. - Develop and implement processes to support scalability. - Identify operational weaknesses and drive innovation. - Support ad-hoc analyses to drive strategic decisions within Operations. - Coordinate with other cross-functional teams to drive IPSY's business agenda. Proactively identify margin-expansion opportunities through strategic pricing and bundle optimization. - Cross-functional S&OP modeling and process leadership experience; inclusive of demand planning, supply planning, and product lifecycle management - Partner with the Growth & Marketing teams to align promotional calendars (Email/SMS/Social) with inventory availability, ensuring high-traffic events are backed by sufficient stock levels. - Manage deadlines to keep inventory flow and kitting on schedule.
