Job Description
Senior Growth Product Manager
Ruby Labs
Role Description We are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to launch new funnels from zero to one for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will join a growth squad where each Growth Product Manager owns one funnel end to end, working closely with the Head of Product, creative, and analytics. You will be fully responsible for the full lifecycle of your funnel: - Market and competitor research - Offer and funnel design - Build and launch - Acquisition angles - Post-launch conversion growth This is a hands-on role suited for someone who has already built and launched high-converting web funnels and treats every funnel decision as a hypothesis to be tested. You are expected to move fast, use AI tooling as a core part of your workflow, and own outcomes from first concept to production. Key Responsibilities - Research & Funnel Strategy - Run market, audience, and competitor research to define funnel concepts and offers. - Tear down competitor funnels, extract structural insights, and design superior user experiences. - Define the value proposition, pricing hypothesis, and funnel structure ahead of the build. - Funnel Build & Launch - Launch new funnels end to end — structure, copy, wireframes — from first concept to live. - Use AI tools to produce copy variants, UX concepts, and functional prototypes quickly. - Brief design and engineering with clear specs, owning quality, tracking, and launch readiness. - Acquisition Angles & Creative Concepts - Develop the selling angles, hooks, and messaging for how your funnel is sold to customers. - Work closely with the creative team to turn angles into ad concepts for paid social. - Feed funnel and audience insights back into acquisition messaging. - Post-Launch Growth & Experimentation - Build and run the A/B testing roadmap prioritised by expected revenue impact. - Scale CVR and ARPU through structured experiments — pricing, flows, and retention mechanics. - Identify and act on drop-off and friction points using Mixpanel funnel and cohort analysis. Qualifications - 2+ years in growth product management, CRO, or funnel ownership with verifiable conversion results. - Track record building and launching at least one web funnel from zero to live, with measurable results. - Competitor research and teardown work that directly shaped a shipped funnel. - Strong funnel copywriting and offer-development skills — able to write and structure a funnel independently. - Experience developing acquisition angles or creative concepts for paid social. - Hands-on proficiency in Mixpanel: funnel builds, cohort analysis, and event-level reporting. - Active daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate concept, copy, and prototype work. Requirements - Operates with full ownership — takes a funnel from concept to production without hand-holding. - Thinks in systems: builds repeatable processes around research, launch, and testing. - Analytically rigorous — conclusions are supported by data, not intuition or effort narratives. - Communicates findings clearly and concisely across product, creative, data, and leadership stakeholders. Benefits - Remote Work Environment: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere, anytime, promoting a healthy work-life balance. - Unlimited PTO: Enjoy unlimited paid time off to recharge and prioritize your well-being, without counting days. - Paid National Holidays: Celebrate and relax on national holidays with paid time off to unwind and recharge. - Company-provided MacBook: Experience seamless productivity with top-notch Apple MacBooks provided to all employees who need them. - Flexible Independent Contractor Agreement: Unlock the benefits of flexibility, autonomy, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
