• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered product capabilities from concept through customer adoption and measurable business impact • Deliver enterprise-grade generative AI products and workflow automation capabilities into production environments at scale • Work directly with customers to understand operational challenges, validate product direction, and ensure solutions address real-world healthcare workflows • Translate advances in AI, LLMs, agentic systems, retrieval architectures, and analytics into practical customer solutions • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and GTM teams to ensure products are successfully adopted and deliver measurable value • Drive roadmap decisions using customer needs, technical realities, business objectives, and market opportunities • Own product success metrics tied to customer adoption, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and business outcomes • Act as the accountable owner for shipping high-quality products on a predictable cadence • Mentor and elevate product management practices across the broader Product organization

• Define and evangelize a high-impact roadmap for Trellis Chat and Trellis Studio that translates customer needs into intuitive agentic workflows ensuring Trellis solves key customer pain points and drives ROI. • Lead high-stakes, platform-wide initiatives by identifying integration points across the Sprout portfolio, enabling customers to achieve sophisticated outcomes with minimal effort through seamless agentic assistance. • Partner deeply with cross-functional teams to develop our Trellis skills ecosystem. • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Trellis within the product org, maintaining a constant feedback loop with customers. • Act as the connective tissue between GTM, Design, and Engineering to ensure that features are not only technically sound but also commercially viable and intuitively designed. • Elevate the product organization’s collective AI literacy by mentoring peer PMs, sharing best practices, and helping shape the internal standards for building and shipping intelligent products. • Stay at the forefront of AI trends and the competitor landscape. • Drive the execution of "best-in-class" product delivery, balancing the urgency of immediate customer needs with the long-term scalability and innovation of our AI core.
