Job Description
Growth & Markets Analyst
EverCommerce
• Frame ambiguous business problems with structured analytical approaches, defining clear paths forward even when the question isn’t fully formed. • Own analyses end-to-end with limited guidance — from data aggregation and cleaning through to insight, recommendation, and communication. • Aggregate and analyze customer and product data to surface trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions. • Drive pricing and packaging analyses that support EverPro’s strategic growth priorities. • Evaluate the operational requirements to execute strategic decisions — including researching relevant systems, scoping with cross-functional stakeholders, and critically assessing trade-offs across different approaches. • Translate findings into clear, concise presentations and recommendations that make complex analyses easy to understand and act on. • Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, data analytics, finance, and product teams to gather input, validate assumptions, and drive alignment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in one or more of the following: strategy, growth, consulting, product marketing, financial analysis, business and/or revenue operations.
- SaaS or software industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, expansion metrics)
- Advanced Excel proficiency required – ability to thoughtfully parse data, not simply take it at face value
- Basic AI literacy — you know how to write a good prompt and incorporate AI tools into your day-to-day work
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Direct experience with software/subscription pricing and packaging models
- Hands-on exposure to SaaS billing systems, CRMs, or BI tools — and knowing what to do with the data that comes out of them
- You’ve built an AI workflow or agent to work more efficiently
- Intellectually curious: you’re genuinely interested in understanding root cause and solving the right problems, not just completing the task in front of you.
- Critical thinker: you thoughtfully question data to pressure-test conclusions, slowing down to get it right rather than moving fast on a flawed premise.
- Proactive and self-motivated: you don’t wait to be told what to do next; you identify the next question and go answer it.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: you can make progress and bring structure to a problem even when the path isn’t fully defined.
- High attention to detail: you catch the things others miss and take pride in work that is accurate and well-reasoned.
- Strong communicator: you can distill complex analyses into a clear “so what” and make your recommendations easy to act on.
- Collaborative: you’re not afraid to ask for help, and you’ll go find the right person even if you don’t know who that is yet.
Benefits
- Flexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment – in-office, remote, or hybrid
- Robust wellness benefits, including an annual wellness stipend
- 3 weeks of vacation to start, a paid volunteer day of your choosing, plus 2 floating holidays to celebrate anything of significance to you
- Employee Stock Purchase Program
- Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with 4% company match
