Role Description The Regional Finance Director is a key leader of the finance organization and a strategic partner to BluSky Regional and Branch Vice Presidents. This role provides financial leadership and delivers insights that drive operational performance, profitability, and strong cash flow generation. The Regional Finance Director leads and develops a team of finance managers, fostering a high-performance culture centered on accountability and continuous improvement. Leveraging data-driven analysis and actionable insights, this role partners closely with operations to identify opportunities and signals, optimize resource allocation, and enhance strategic decision-making. The position plays a critical role in aligning financial strategy with regional goals, improving bottom-line results, and enabling scalable growth across the organization. Qualifications - 7-10 Years in a similar role or within the construction industry is a plus. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Experience with MS Office suite (with high level of proficiency with Excel), and ability to quickly grasp new systems and software. - Team player -- able to collaborate at all levels throughout the organization. - Experience utilizing/working in ERP systems.
