• Lead the development and enhancement of pharmacy programs from end to end, including requirements, testing, piloting, deployment, and post‑launch validation • Manage cross‑functional partnerships to align on program requirements, enhancements, and issue resolution • Drive project management efforts, including meeting agendas, documentation, SOPs, and leadership presentation materials • Oversee the development and maintenance of program tools, workflows, and communications to ensure consistent field execution • Translate findings across initiatives and drive leadership discussions through clear recommendations and progress updates • Manage program analytics and reporting, including analysis of program performance, program adoption and utilization, and operational outcomes • Leverage data and insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for program owners and leadership
Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience using data, reporting tools, and presentation materials to drive program analysis and leadership communication
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a matrixed organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop materials and present to multi-level leadership and operational audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within healthcare, pharmacy, or product development
