• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of animators, sound designers, UX/UI designers and artists. • Set the creative direction for lesson content art and kids area features based on user needs and best practices. • Drive the unification of design across multiple products to strengthen brand consistency. • Build clear standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks for asset production. • Champion the use of AI tools for asset creation to improve efficiency, scalability, and turnaround times. • Explore and embed new creative technologies that enhance team output without compromising quality. • Partner closely with Product and Content teams to bring ideas to life. • Provide clear feedback and creative leadership to ensure a consistently high bar for output. • Balance creativity, quality, speed, and business priorities in a fast-moving environment. • Help shape the future of the kid-facing design function through strong planning, structure, and team development.

• Check and respond to direct messages and comments on FB and IG promptly • Engage with subscribers, answer their queries, and provide information about the product • Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions • Actively engage with potential customers and offer them a trial lesson • Send follow-up messages to interested leads who haven't yet committed to a paid lesson • Follow the sales script and funnel to convert leads into paying customers • Address objections and provide additional information as needed • Manage social media contests on FB and IG (respond to participant queries, and select winners based on predetermined criteria) • Address negative comments or complaints professionally and empathetically • Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge • Follow company guidelines and policies regarding communication, sales, and customer interactions
• Identify and run scalable acquisition channels, regions, offers, creatives and connections. • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google ads campaigns for Easy Start. • Run fast creative testing cycles: define hypotheses, launch tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly. • Monitor campaign performance daily, including spend, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA/CAC, conversion rate, and lead quality. • Identify winning creatives, audiences, placements, and messages. • Proactive decision making beyond purely operational tasks - make calls on what to launch, change, stop or scale. • Work closely with creative, product, analytics, and activation teams to improve the full paid traffic funnel. • Provide clear performance updates and practical recommendations for next steps. • Support testing of landing pages, quiz flows, offers, and other funnel elements connected to paid campaigns. • Maintain clean campaign structure, naming, tracking, and reporting.
