Role Description We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO and CFO, playing a key part in financial reporting, analysis, planning, and business decision-making across both our Philippine and Australian operations. - Financial Reporting & Analysis - Prepare monthly management reports and financial analyses for both the Philippine workforce (via Kwanii) and the Australian entity. - Develop board and management reporting packs that provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership. - Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods. - Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to support business decision-making. - Budgeting and Forecasting - Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast updates. - Partner with the CEO/CFO and department leaders to develop financial plans and projections. - Monitor budget performance and investigate variances. - Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance. - Cash Flow Management - Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts. - Monitor liquidity and working capital positions across Philippine and Australian operations. - Track cash inflows and outflows to ensure adequate funding for operational requirements. - Provide recommendations to optimize cash management and improve cash flow efficiency. - Compliance, Audit & Statutory Obligations - Liaise with external accountants, advisors, and regulatory bodies. - Support audit and compliance activities, including the preparation of supporting documentation. - Assist with year-end reporting and statutory obligations, including tax filings in Australia and the Philippines. - Payroll & Workforce Reporting - Support payroll and workforce reporting processes. - Coordinate with the Kwanii team regarding payroll administration, certificates of employment, and employee records. - Maintain financial controls, reporting schedules, and supporting documentation. - Process Improvement & Financial Controls - Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting workflows. - Develop and maintain standardized financial procedures and documentation. - Strengthen internal controls to improve accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. - Support automation initiatives and system enhancements across finance and payroll processes. - Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance reporting quality and business performance. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. - CPA-qualified or actively pursuing CPA certification. - 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or management accounting. - Strong Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities. - Demonstrated experience in preparing management reports and conducting financial analysis. - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and develop professionally. - Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). - Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
