• Check and respond to direct messages and comments on FB and IG promptly • Engage with subscribers, answer their queries, and provide information about the product • Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions • Actively engage with potential customers and offer them a trial lesson • Send follow-up messages to interested leads who haven't yet committed to a paid lesson • Follow the sales script and funnel to convert leads into paying customers • Address objections and provide additional information as needed • Manage social media contests on FB and IG (respond to participant queries, and select winners based on predetermined criteria) • Address negative comments or complaints professionally and empathetically • Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge • Follow company guidelines and policies regarding communication, sales, and customer interactions

Job Requirements

Role Description The Finance Manager is an important role within our evolving Finance organization. Serving as a key pillar of the Finance Excellence program, you will act as the primary anchor for financial integrity across the Americas. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, you will directly lead a team of up to four to ensure that all legal entities remain fully compliant with statutory requirements while delivering accurate, timely management reporting. This role is at the heart of our transformation. Following the transition of core OTC and P2P processes to our Shared Service Centre (SSC), you will govern this critical relationship, ensure high standards of service delivery, and drive continuous process improvement. Beyond the ledger, you will support regional FP&A activities—including budgeting and forecasting—and champion strategic initiatives such as system implementations and legal entity rationalization.
