• Manage the production and delivery of digital and email marketing solutions specific to the automotive industry • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill contracts and resolve issues as they pertain to the solution you support • Ensure all new and existing campaigns are deployed within Service Level Agreement • Communicate with internal teams and vendor to coordinate all aspects of new client launches and monthly recurring deployment cycles • Manage monthly customer updates for email and digital marketing initiatives; coordinating with Creative team on details, offers and requirements • Submit proofs for client approval and co-op pre-approval, if applicable • Perform with consistency, efficiency and a sense of urgency • Escalate problems and issues as necessary through the proper channels • Understand your impact on the success of the client relationship and consistently exceed client expectations • Keep Sales Team informed of status updates and all pertinent information regarding the fulfillment of each project or campaign, including any issues, bugs or roadblocks • Act as a team player and engage Clients and Co-workers with professionalism and respect
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or equivalent relevant experience
- 2 years’ experience in Marketing
- Strong organizational, time management and process management skills
- Ability to deliver high quality results in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work as a team player
- Experience in automotive industry a plus
