Concretely: - Turn Joko’s data into market intelligence the industry wants to read. - Support Joko’s PR presence across B2C, B2B, and Corporate. - Equip Sales and Account Management with content that closes deals. - Help run the B2B events calendar. - Fuel our B2B content engine. Qualifications - You’re in a top business or communication school, ideally with a focus on marketing, brand, or management. - You’re looking for a 6-month internship and you already have at least one relevant experience in marketing, brand, comms, or consulting. - You’re comfortable spending a morning in a spreadsheet, pulling a story out of a dataset, and turning it into a clean deck by the afternoon. - You can write a crisp LinkedIn post, a tight newsletter intro, and a punchy one-pager without needing three rounds of edits. - You spot what needs to be done and move on it without being told. - You genuinely want to understand how brands sell to other brands, and what makes a partner marketing story land. - You use AI tools daily to work faster and better. - You’re humble, collaborative, and easy to work with across Marketing, Sales, and AM. - Native-level in French and comfortable in English (written and spoken). Requirements - Paris-based role. Being in-office is not a requirement — the intern can work remotely from home. • Guide new users to their first Joko “wow” moment: The first days shape everything that follows. You’ll design the onboarding journey: messaging, timing, and triggers so every new user feels understood and reaches activation quickly. At our scale, getting those first touches right compounds into millions of engaged users. • Turn engaged users into power users, and power users into advocates: You’ll build retention and referral programs that deepen usage among our best users, drive word of mouth, and lift long-term retention. • Maximize LTV across the full lifecycle: You’ll design cross-channel journeys that deliver the right benefit to the right user at the right moment. You’ll partner closely with Data to turn behavioral signals into segmentation and triggers, and with Product to keep lifecycle nudges tightly aligned with the in-app experience. • Raise the bar on experimentation: You’ll run a continuous A/B testing program (hypotheses, tests, learnings, iterations) to improve existing flows and challenge our current lifecycle map. Every decision should be grounded in evidence, not intuition. • Take CRM to the next level with AI: You’ll use AI to automate the operational grind (segmentation, copy iteration, QA, reporting) and unlock what we couldn’t run manually: sharper personalization, faster experimentation cycles, and richer lifecycle logic. You’ll decide where AI genuinely moves the needle (and where it doesn’t), then ship production solutions. • Drive growth across the company: You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product, Data, User Acquisition, and Brand so CRM compounds alongside everything else we’re building.
• Develop and implement Joko's B2B Marketing Growth engine to position Joko as a leading player in the retail ecosystem and attract and retain the biggest merchants on our platform in France and the US, leveraging AI, innovative ideas, and new technologies to scale impact. • Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure seamless alignment and communication across all marketing initiatives. • Build and deliver impactful marketing assets and account-based marketing tactics that convert, from pitch decks and case studies to market studies, newsletters, and website management. • Elevate Joko’s presence in the market through event strategy by creating and executing owned events, as well as managing participation in third-party events such as 1to1 Monaco, Biarritz and international events. • Lead and grow a high-performing team: manage, mentor, and support current and future B2B marketing teammates. • Track and analyze key B2B marketing KPIs, using insights to continuously drive lead generation and deal acceleration.
• Own US CRM content end-to-end: You will write, produce, and ship localized email, push, and in-app content across the full customer journey (transactional, lifecycle, and promotional). You will work hand-in-hand with the global CRM team so every US-bound message feels native, culturally on point, and sent at the right moment. You will lean on AI tools to scale production without losing sharpness or brand voice. • Ship the full asset, not just the copy: You will design and adapt email visuals to match the content you create. This is not a copy-only role; you own the email end-to-end, from message to template. • Drive segmentation and targeting for US users: You will define behavioral and transactional segmentation strategies so the right users hear from us at the right time. You will partner with the central Content Factory and Ops teams to test, iterate, and improve performance. • Localize the US campaign calendar and merchandising: You will work with the Campaign & Merchandising team to adapt our campaign roadmap to the US retail calendar (Memorial Day, Back to School, Black Friday, and other key moments). You will tailor product highlights and merchandising logic to US shopping habits, so what we show feels native, not translated. • Be the voice of the US consumer inside Joko: You will bring sharp, opinionated insight on American shopping behavior and cultural nuance back to the Marketing team, informing not just your own work, but how the whole team thinks about the market as we scale internationally.

• Build a world-class CRM architecture: You will take ownership of HubSpot and turn the first implementation into a scalable, multi-country CRM. You will design the data model, pipeline structure, and automations that match how the B2B team actually sells and renews, and make HubSpot the single source of truth for everything B2B: clean, reliable, and trusted. • Own analytics and scoring across the B2B funnel: You will build the analytics layer (in collaboration with the Data team) that gives the B2B team and leadership real-time visibility on pipeline, conversion, retention, and account health. You will design and operate client scoring models (lead scoring, account prioritization, churn risk, expansion potential) and turn raw activity data into actionable insights that surface the right opportunities and flag the right risks. • Streamline and scale B2B processes: You will audit the B2B funnel end to end (prospection, qualification, closing, onboarding, account management, renewal, expansion) and make every step simple, fast, and efficient. You will define clear handoffs, SLAs, and ownership across Sales and Account Managers, embed automation and AI wherever they create leverage, and remove what slows the team down. • Be the strategic partner of the B2B team: You will work hand in hand with the BU owners to identify bottlenecks, prioritize initiatives, and unlock the next level of performance. You will turn ambiguous questions (conversion drops, account prioritization, sales-cycle bottlenecks) into structured, data-backed analyses and clear recommendations, and lay the groundwork to scale RevOps as a function over the next 12 to 24 months.
