Role Description As an Associate Director Solution Architect, you lead enterprise level transformational implementations, net-new Braze deployments, complex multi-system integrations, and programs that fundamentally change how brands engage their customers. You operate at the executive level: navigating organizational dynamics, influencing roadmaps, and building relationships that transcend individual engagements. You’re also shaping Stitch internally evolving our solutioning methodology, mentoring other Solution Architects, and championing AI/ML innovation. This is the role for someone who wants to define what ‘great’ looks like. What You’ll Do - Solution Architecture: Lead enterprise solution architecture for transformational implementations, net-new Braze deployments, platform migrations, and complex multi-system programs. - System Design: Define system architecture across a client’s tech stack and design data models supporting connectivity across CDP, CRM, data warehouse, and Braze. - AI/ML Innovation: Champion AI/ML applications in customer engagement: predictive analytics, AI-powered personalization, LLM integration, and composable CDP strategies. - Executive Relationships: Own executive-level client relationships. Present to C-suite, navigate stakeholder dynamics, and guide roadmapping and prioritization. - Methodology Leadership: Lead solution design reviews and drive the evolution of Stitch’s solutioning methodologies. - Escalation Support: Step into the most complex client situations with structured problem-solving, solution expertise, and stakeholder alignment—partnering with Directors to drive resolution. - Mentorship: Mentor and provide feedback for Solution Architects. Establish standards for privacy, compliance, security, and data strategy. - Partner Influence: Influence Braze’s product roadmap based on client needs. Contribute to the Braze technical community. - Occasional travel: Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements. - Perform other duties as assigned. What Does Success Look Like In This Role? - You achieve quarterly billable targets which averages to be 32 hours of billable work a week. - Your team members consistently hit 36 hours on a weekly basis. - You help Stitch keep our voluntary attrition below 15% annually. - You ensure key processes and design reviews are occurring to ensure Delivery excellence. Requirements - 7-10 years of hands-on experience with marketing technology and customer engagement implementations. - 5+ years in consulting, with proven success driving high-impact work for enterprise-level clients. - 2+ years of direct people leadership experience. - Experience leading teams of 6-8 direct reports or more. - Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (CDPs, ESPs, data warehouses, and integrations) and the ability to translate strategy into execution. - Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performance teams by setting clear expectations, coaching for growth, and ensuring delivery excellence. - Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada without requiring employer sponsorship, both presently and in the future.
