• Lead requirements discovery workshops with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Business Intelligence teams. • Translate business objectives into scalable data integration and architecture solutions. • Serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead alongside a Fractional vCTO. • Coordinate with third-party software vendors to obtain integration requirements, negotiate technical specifications, and resolve implementation blockers. • Establish and maintain data requirements for each source system throughout the engagement lifecycle. • Collaborate with downstream analytics and modeling partners to define data warehouse consumption requirements. • Drive project planning, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updates. • Produce key discovery-phase deliverables, including source system assessments, integration recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and vendor evaluations. • Help shape architecture decisions for a modern enterprise data platform built on Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Integration leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale data integration initiatives involving numerous business systems and stakeholders.
- Hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, or comparable cloud data platforms.
- Strong background facilitating requirements gathering with executive stakeholders and operational leaders.
- Experience working directly with third-party SaaS vendors to define and negotiate integration approaches.
- Deep understanding of data warehouse architecture, governance, data contracts, and scalable ingestion patterns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional-level English proficiency.
