Job Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in SaaS sales, technology consulting, digital transformation, business development, innovation management, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing client accounts.
  • Experience selling or implementing SaaS platforms, AI solutions, CRM systems, enterprise software, automation tools, or digital transformation services.
  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions in a simple and business-focused manner.
  • Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.

This role is for a "systems thinker" who sits within the Legal & Compliance team but lives in the details of cross-functional execution. The salary range for this role is $166,000 - $218,000 depending on geography and level of experience, plus equity and an annual bonus.
