• Owning accounts payable and receivable across the business • Processing invoices, expenses and payments accurately and on time • Supporting month-end close, including reconciliations in Xero • Helping maintain clean, accurate financial data across systems • Assisting with the production of weekly and monthly financial reports • Supporting cash flow tracking and flagging issues proactively • Helping maintain financial records and ensuring audit trails are clear • Supporting the Finance and Operations Manager with ad hoc finance tasks • Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements to finance workflows • Assisting with operational or systems tasks as bandwidth allows
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in a finance, accounts or finance operations role
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Confidence working in Xero or a similar cloud accounting platform
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to financial data
- Good numerical skills and comfort working across spreadsheets and reports
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage recurring deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift
- Experience using AI tools or an interest in doing so - nice to have
- Exposure to operational or systems work - nice to have

Role Description Buscamos a la persona que sea dueña de todos los números de Kleva: finanzas, contabilidad, tesorería y administración. Este rol tiene un destino explícito: convertirse en el CFO de Kleva antes de la Serie A, en un horizonte de 6 a 12 meses. - Ser owner del ciclo financiero completo: contabilidad, cierre mensual, reporting, presupuesto, forecast y cashflow. - Manejar la tesorería multi-país y multi-moneda: cuentas en Estados Unidos y Latam, pagos a proveedores y contractors. - Construir y mantener el modelo financiero de Kleva: unit economics, márgenes por cliente y por país, escenarios de burn y runway. - Producir las métricas que miran founders e inversores (MRR, ARR, NRR, gross margin, concentración, recovery economics). - Liderar la preparación financiera de la Serie A: data room, due diligence, histórico contable limpio. - Ordenar la administración del día a día: facturación a clientes, cobranzas, contratos, compliance fiscal y societario. - Liderar, desarrollar y elevar el nivel del equipo actual de 3 personas. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain sophisticated, three-statement financial models and valuation analyses to support fundraising and strategic decision-making. - Lead the creation of institutional-grade investor materials, including pitch decks, investment memorandums, and board presentations. - Manage the investor relations pipeline, drafting updates and performance reports for stakeholders. - Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the consumer, food-tech, and logistics sectors. - Support capital raising initiatives by managing data rooms and responding to due diligence inquiries. - Partner with senior leadership to synthesize operational KPIs into financial forecasts.
