• Gestión financiera y presupuestaria: elaborar, revisar y dar seguimiento a los presupuestos anuales y plurianuales de la organización. • Preparar previsiones, análisis de desviaciones y reportes financieros internos. • Coordinar el cierre mensual, la previsión trimestral, y apoyar el cierre anual. • Gestionar el ciclo financiero completo de subvenciones y convenios con donantes públicos y privados. • Elaborar informes financieros para donantes (públicos, privados y fundaciones), asegurando calidad, claridad y puntualidad.

Job Requirements

  • Al menos 3–5 años de experiencia en gestión financiera, contabilidad, presupuestos o gestión de subvenciones en ONG, fundaciones, entidades sociales o proyectos financiados por donantes.
  • Experiencia demostrada en gestión económica de subvenciones públicas y privadas.
  • Conocimiento sólido de normativa de justificación, auditorías y requisitos de donantes.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y dominio de Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Español nativo y nivel intermedio/avanzado de inglés.
  • Residencia en cualquier punto de la España peninsular.
