• Build and own the annual content plan across both websites and digital channels (web and social) • Write compelling, original copy - blogs, landing pages, advertorials - that serves both readers and search engines • Build and edit pages in WordPress, working within existing templates and improving page structure • Brief designers on infographics, social posts and visual content; partner with compliance to keep all copy within regulatory guidelines • Set organic traffic targets, build reports in GA4 and Search Console, and track performance against them • Monitor AI mentions - tracking whether Memoria appears as a cited source in LLM-generated answers

• Owning accounts payable and receivable across the business • Processing invoices, expenses and payments accurately and on time • Supporting month-end close, including reconciliations in Xero • Helping maintain clean, accurate financial data across systems • Assisting with the production of weekly and monthly financial reports • Supporting cash flow tracking and flagging issues proactively • Helping maintain financial records and ensuring audit trails are clear • Supporting the Finance and Operations Manager with ad hoc finance tasks • Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements to finance workflows • Assisting with operational or systems tasks as bandwidth allows

• Owning day-to-day finance administration, including accounts payable and receivable. • Supporting recurring finance and operational reporting across the business • Assisting with commercial operations processes across HubSpot, Xero and other systems • Helping maintain data accuracy across multiple platforms and reports • Supporting the production of weekly and monthly reports • Managing recurring admin tasks and ensuring deadlines are met • Identifying process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement • Supporting automation projects and helping implement new systems and processes • Using AI tools to improve productivity, automate tasks and reduce manual admin • Helping document processes and build clear SOPs • Supporting project coordination across multiple workstreams • Working closely with the Finance and Operations Manager and other stakeholders to keep key operational priorities moving

• Taking job briefs and sourcing candidates • Managing applicants and making sure everyone has an update about their application • Conducting screening calls with all candidates before submission • Providing detailed and comprehensive profiles • On occasion, you'll account manage our clients

• Develop and implement remarkable social media strategies • Lead community management and interaction with followers • Spearhead influencer marketing campaigns • Analyse and report on social media metrics • Build relationships with clients to provide an incredible experience
