Role Description We are seeking a high-caliber Investment Analyst to serve as a key player in our strategic finance and fundraising efforts. This is not a back-office accounting role; it is a front-line position focused on capital markets, valuation, and executive-level storytelling. You will work directly with leadership to build the financial frameworks and investor materials that fuel the rapid expansion of a delivery-first food technology leader. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain sophisticated, three-statement financial models and valuation analyses to support fundraising and strategic decision-making. - Lead the creation of institutional-grade investor materials, including pitch decks, investment memorandums, and board presentations. - Manage the investor relations pipeline, drafting updates and performance reports for stakeholders. - Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the consumer, food-tech, and logistics sectors. - Support capital raising initiatives by managing data rooms and responding to due diligence inquiries. - Partner with senior leadership to synthesize operational KPIs into financial forecasts. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field. - 2–5 years of professional finance experience, with at least 1–2 years specifically in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate Development. - Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (deck design). - Proven track record of creating investor-facing materials and pitch books. - Deep understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, Comps, etc.) and three-statement modeling. - Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. - Ability to work US Eastern Time hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET). Requirements - Experience in Big 4 Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). - Prior experience in high-growth startups or the Consumer/F&B/Marketplace industries. - Professional certifications such as CFA, FMVA, or an MBA. - Experience managing end-to-end capital raises.
