• Design, develop, and maintain a large, multi-tenant Salesforce environment supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. • Build and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Contribute to all technical aspects of Salesforce projects, including custom development, integrations, and platform enhancements. • Implement and support Salesforce Data Cloud and related data solutions (including Data 360) to improve data visibility, integrity, and activation across systems. • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance integrations, data flows, and overall system reliability. • Support and optimize AgentForce and agent-facing workflows to improve efficiency and user experience. • Provide day-to-day Salesforce platform support, including troubleshooting configuration and code-related issues. • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business insights and operational decision-making. • Work closely with the Lead Management, Strategy & Operations team to review processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend automation opportunities. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze technical requirements and design scalable solutions. • Coordinate and support the rollout of enhancements to production, including testing, deployment, and post-release validation. • Document solutions, technical designs, and development standards; recommend and enforce Salesforce best practices.

• Build and maintain APEX classes, triggers, test classes, batch jobs, and scheduled processes • Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Visualforce pages, and UI elements • Use APEX and modern dev best practices to create scalable, maintainable code • Leverage additional languages (C#, Java, Python) for advanced integrations or automation tasks • Configure and deploy workflows, Flows, approval processes, and automation rules • Manage objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning apps, and record types • Oversee user permissions, roles, sharing rules, and overall security architecture • Maintain and enhance guided flows, wizards, and internal modules • Integrate Salesforce with platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, and Chargebee • Work with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft), or custom scripts • Monitor data integrity and build reliable sync systems across the GTM stack • Debug sync issues and create guardrails to prevent data drift • Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to turn requirements into technical builds • Improve lead lifecycle management, routing, scoring, and segmentation • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for pipeline visibility and forecasting • Maintain data cleanliness, structure, and long-term scalability • Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert for all GTM functions • Identify automation opportunities that eliminate manual work • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and propose improvements • Contribute to revenue systems architecture and long-term infrastructure planning

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability • Translate complex business requirements into robust technical Salesforce solutions, leading major implementations, enhancements, and platform integrations • Define, govern, and enforce technical standards, including: Data models, Security architecture, Sharing strategies, Integration patterns • Review and approve Salesforce designs, configurations, and code to ensure architectural integrity • Lead Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft • Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem, mentoring developers and administrators • Guide business stakeholders through architectural decisions and platform trade-offs • Continuously improve the Salesforce platform by leveraging new Salesforce capabilities and features • Support DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies to enable reliable releases
