The Role Orion Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with our client's business objectives. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and translate them into effective and efficient Salesforce solutions. What You Bring 5+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect with experience in end-to-end implementations including from scratch. Salesforce integration experience, including between different business systems and working with integration tools. Exceeds at advanced Salesforce configuration, process automation and implementation activities following Salesforce best practices. Exceptional client handling skills – able to work with all levels within the client portfolio. Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures. Thorough understanding of the various SDLC including AGILE. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of the capabilities and limitations of declarative configuration and when Apex and Visualforce should be used. Salesforce Data Architect
