• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Lightning components • Design and implement Lightning Web Components for responsive and high-performance UI • Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs • Create and maintain triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes • Configure workflows, flows, validation rules, and security settings • Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions • Perform code reviews, testing, and deployments using CI/CD tools • Troubleshoot performance issues and production defects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, proactively drawing out requirements from stakeholders. • Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a Salesforce solution. • Create requirements definition documentation, including use cases, and functional specifications to capture business needs and for validation with the customer and share with project stakeholders. • Create workflow diagrams to document current and future business environments. • Develop wireframes, to ensure visualization of the UI is crisply understood by the client. • Respond and communicate efficiently between the business, technology, and QA team on projects and facilitate resolution of user issues as and when necessary. • Lead functional team to determine the best solution to implement (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc.) • Lead hands-on solution deployments across sandboxes and production orgs. • Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps, and applications available from 3rd parties on the Salesforce AppExchange.
