Marketing Project Coordinator – Medical Practice

MyVA Support (MYVAS)

• Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, and practice promotions from planning to execution. • Create, organize, and update promotional materials, flyers, announcements, and patient-facing content. • Assist with social media scheduling, content coordination, and basic engagement tracking. • Manage email marketing campaigns, including content organization, scheduling, and follow-up. • Coordinate with vendors regarding website updates, marketing assets, and campaign execution. • Support RepeatMD promotions, specials, and patient engagement initiatives. • Track marketing deadlines, project progress, deliverables, and pending follow-up items. • Help organize events, seasonal specials, patient promotions, and business growth initiatives. • Assist with website content updates, blog/content coordination, and service-page updates. • Collect, organize, and maintain before-and-after photos, patient testimonials, and marketing documentation. • Provide general administrative support related to marketing, vendor communication, and project management.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing assistance, social media support, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written English communication.
  • Comfortable working with vendors, internal teams, and management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, dermatology, endocrinology, or medical practices is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp/Klaviyo/Constant Contact, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Trello/Asana/Monday, CRM platforms, and website CMS platforms is preferred.

Role Description Plan, supervise, and perform work associated with building architectural/engineering initiatives and projects on time and at a high-quality level. Responsible for managing internal architectural team and consultants working on assigned projects. Prepare drawings and manage efforts related to new store prototypes, facility improvements, store life cycle management, remodels, refreshes, and rebuilds. Responsibilities - Coordinate and ensure successful completion of store development and design process from LOI to construction, including cross-discipline project efforts with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, civil, and architectural consultants as well as internal stakeholders. Prepare CAD drawings for new store prototypes, improvement rollouts, rebuilds, remodels, refreshes, “go-backs”, and others as required. - Complete review of building plans for thoroughness, consistency, accuracy, and adherence to design standards. Identify errors/omissions, complete CAD drawing revisions/updates and/or coordinate changes with the design team. - Maximize the development of internal talent through measurable performance coaching on a regular basis, incorporating performance reviews and presenting measurable developmental opportunities. - Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals to potential consultants, negotiate agreements, create exhibits, execute contracts, and review invoices. - Ensure building design and due diligence is complete prior to construction kickoff.
