Sourcing Lead
Kleva
Role Description Buscamos a la persona que construya el área de compras de Kleva desde cero, siendo ella misma el primer comprador. El modelo es el de los grandes retailers de precios bajos: en Costco o Walmart, comprar bien no es un área de soporte, es el negocio. En Kleva pasa lo mismo. - Vas a ser el owner de todo lo que Kleva compra para operar: minutos de telefonía y condiciones con carriers en cada país donde operamos, tokens de modelos de IA, capacidad en AWS, GCP y otros clouds, y canales como SMS y WhatsApp. - Cada punto porcentual que bajás en estos costos va directo al margen y habilita modelos de pricing que hoy no son viables. - Kleva es una start-up y todavía no tenemos el volumen que da poder de negociación por sí solo. Por eso este rol es mitad comprador, mitad vendedor. - Vas a negociar con carriers y proveedores vendiéndoles la visión de lo que Kleva va a terminar siendo: la plataforma que les da una voz a todas las empresas de Latam, arrancando por cobranzas. - Tu trabajo es lograr que se lo crean y firmen en consecuencia. Qualifications - 4+ años de experiencia en procurement, strategic sourcing, partnerships, business development o roles comerciales con ownership real sobre negociaciones y resultados. - Capacidad demostrable de negociar sin tener la sartén por el mango: conseguiste condiciones que tu volumen no justificaba, vendiendo futuro y construyendo relaciones. - Curiosidad extrema y rigor para investigar mercados opacos. - Comodidad con números: podés armar un modelo de costos por minuto, por token o por mensaje, comparar propuestas y entender el impacto en margen sin que nadie te lo traduzca. - Mentalidad de ownership: no esperás que alguien te diga qué categoría atacar ni qué proveedor llamar. - Inglés fluido para negociar con proveedores globales. Requirements - Experiencia en telecom, cloud, CPaaS o infraestructura de IA es una ventaja real, no un requisito. Role Description The Recruitment Coordinator communicates with potential new hires about the company and job details, schedules the initial days of employment, and gathers necessary onboarding information. Qualifications - 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Administration. - Moderate / Expert proficiency in ATS. - Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume onboarding activity in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot candidate onboarding issues and provide timely resolutions. - Ability to manage multiple systems and processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
