As a 1099 Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting frontline community health professionals who directly impact communities across the United States. You will be supported by a growing talent acquisition team and collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process. Key Responsibilities - Sourcing & Recruiting: - Source, attract, screen and hire candidates for frontline community health roles across the U.S., including Community Health Workers, Care Navigators, Case Managers, and similar positions. - Create job listings in Workable and manage applicant pipelines. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and recurring roles. - Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and cultural fit and make recommendations about whether to move candidates forward. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (Workable). - Close 8-10 roles per month. - Candidate & Hiring Manager Support: - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. - Perform thorough reference checks and summarize findings for hiring managers. - Assist with offer letter preparation and pre-employment documentation. - Onboarding Support: - Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to Day 1.
