• Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and sourcing potential candidates for active and pipeline job projects using various platforms and networks. • Profile Screening: Reviewing resumes and screening candidate profiles to evaluate their alignment with specific job requirements and organizational culture. • Communication Coordination: Acting as a bridge between candidates and client hiring teams, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience. • Operational Support: Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment operations, scheduling, and data management.
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.) is preferred, but not strictly required.
