Role Description As a Sales Agent at Exoticca, you will play a key role in converting interested travelers into unforgettable long-distance experiences. You’ll work with high-quality inbound leads, guiding customers through their travel decisions with a consultative and premium approach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys Sales, understands customer needs, and wants to grow within an international, fast-paced travel company. - Handling inbound requests from customers who have already shown interest in Exoticca’s products. - Understanding customers’ needs, budget, timelines, and decision-making process, and offering tailored travel solutions. - Presenting Exoticca’s value proposition and benefits with a high-end, consultative sales approach. - Developing strong product knowledge across destinations and travel packages. - Working with clear individual targets while contributing to overall team performance. - Ensuring operational excellence by following internal policies and procedures. - Actively contributing to a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven sales environment. Qualifications - Proven experience in Sales with a strong performance track record (ideally 3+ years). - Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-focused skills. - Motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset. - Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, supporting international markets: - 13:00–22:00 - 15:00–00:00 - 17:00–02:00 - 19:00–04:00 - English proficiency is required. Additional languages are a strong plus, especially for our key markets (Germany, France, Spain, Mexico, UK, US, CA). - Based in Barcelona (once the training is complete, the position will be remote). - Start date: August 17th. Requirements - Background in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields. - Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce, Amadeus, or similar tools. - Knowledge of travel trends or experience selling premium products.
