Role Description Sous l'autorité hiérarchique de la Responsable du Département BFMC et sous l'autorité fonctionnelle des deux responsables adjoints de ce département, le titulaire du poste intervient essentiellement sur des dossiers de financements à une clientèle diversifiée. - Structuration juridique du financement et revue de l'offre (term-sheet) - Analyse, revue et participation aux négociations de l'ensemble de la documentation juridique de financement - Rédaction au quotidien des avis juridiques en réponse aux questions posées par les Directions Métiers et les Directions Régionales de la CDC - Analyse de la faisabilité juridique des montages d'opérations en droit privé et, le cas échéant, en droit public - Rédaction de notes juridiques à l'attention des comités d'engagement et participation à ces comités - Participation aux chantiers transversaux - Appui juridique aux autres départements de la DAJCD et entités du groupe - Aide possible sur des sujets liés à l’activité marchés de capitaux - Etudes, conseils et expertises juridiques sur les activités bancaire et financement - Représentation de la DAJCD aux divers comités - Animation de formations Qualifications - Fonctionnaire de cat A ou titulaire d'un diplôme en droit des affaires/financier (de niveau 3ème cycle) - Au moins 5-7 ans d’expérience acquise en service juridique et/ou cabinet d’avocats idéalement dans le domaine financier/bancaire Requirements - Expérience transactionnelle en financement et bonne compréhension des montages financiers - Connaissance des principaux domaines du droit et expertise en droit bancaire et financier, droit des obligations, droit des sûretés - Connaissance du logement social, du médico-social et de leurs règlementations spécifiques - Connaissance des activités marchés de capitaux appréciée - Aptitude à identifier les contraintes associées aux opérations et projets - Capacité au travail en équipe et en mode projet - Qualités rédactionnelles, d'analyse et de synthèse, associées à une aisance dans la prise de parole - Sens de l'implication et sens des priorités - Autonomie et esprit de synthèse

Role Description We seek to hire an Indian based Senior Commercial Counsel in either Pune or Bangalore with 8+ years' experience to join our Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) legal department in this fast-growing, truly globally distributed company. Reporting to the Senior Director & Head of International Legal, this is primarily a work-from-home position. What You Will Be Doing - Lead a team of three counsel and contracts professionals responsible for negotiating and structuring a wide variety of commercial contracts (including channel agreements, cloud/SaaS and software subscription contracts, procurement, NDAs, RFPs, and related professional services in India, the APJ region, and beyond). - Provide regional legal support associated with APJ Compliance, Employment, Litigation, and Investigation matters. - Engage closely with the wider Legal Department globally and other key Elastic stakeholders. - Support APJ & Global Legal team members on ad hoc projects – as needed. - Help to build and strengthen workflow processes between the Legal Department and other departments within Elastic to enable dealmaking and compliance initiatives, including leaning into AI tools and automation opportunities.
