Role Description This role will be part of the Time Support team at Reapra, where we focus on supporting the founders in Reapra’s portfolio through the way they use their time as a resource. Main activities are highlighted in the ‘Activities’ section below. You will be working with a team that is primarily based in the GMT+8/+9 time zone and will need to communicate with them during those working hours. The role can also be either full-time or part-time and can be conducted either hybrid or remotely. The team environment is mainly English-speaking. Some of our founders are predominantly Japanese-speaking, so it will be beneficial if you are able to communicate in Japanese. Activities - Supporting the creation of marketing materials and website content - Supporting data collection activities that we conduct to understand how founders use time in relation to their research and practice activities - Synthesising and analysing data collected from communicating with founders - Communicating with potential customers via in-person and/or online means - Translating between English and Japanese (stretch criterion) Qualifications - Reflective mindset with a desire for personal growth - Comfortable communicating in spoken and written English at a professional level - Ideally comfortable communicating in Japanese - Interest in how resource management connects to entrepreneurship and societal impact - Curiosity about the future of entrepreneurship and its connection to the next generation Requirements - Open to working with team members from different cultural and disciplinary backgrounds - Willingness to explore new things with a beginner's perspective

Role Description We are seeking a Community Builder to establish and nurture a thriving network of future industry builders in Singapore and Malaysia. In this pivotal role, you'll bring together visionary entrepreneurs, foster collaboration and support their journey of self-discovery and venture creation. If you're passionate about building communities, inspiring connections and challenging the status quo in entrepreneurship, this is your chance to make a lasting impact! Key Responsibilities - Community Development: Build and grow the Singapore and Malaysia Reapra Community through innovative strategies and organic engagement. - Founder Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Co-develop and implement systems to identify and connect with high-potential founders in Singapore, Malaysia and other markets. - Events & Outreach: Plan and execute events, meetings, and activities that foster meaningful connections. - Content & Collateral: Develop marketing and PR strategies to promote Reapra’s mission and community. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with teams across the Reapra organisation to align efforts and achieve shared goals. - Advocacy & Alignment: Represent the Community within the organization to ensure its needs align with Reapra’s vision and values. - Social Media & Engagement: Manage social media platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and awareness of the community. This role is a full-time 3-month contract role with potential to extend, subject to candidate interest and motivation, and with potential to convert to either becoming a founder or internal member with us. Qualifications - Deep Self-Understanding: Being in touch with how and why you operate in decision-making and actions is important. Self-awareness can contribute to greater learning, personal and team growth. - Passion for Entrepreneurship: Genuine passion for entrepreneurship and understanding of the start-up ecosystem. Candidates who want to explore becoming founders under Reapra's methodology will be highly considered. - Communication & Language Skills: Excellent communication skills for fostering engagement and building relationships. Proficiency in English is a requisite for communications in this role. - Independent & Adaptable: Ability to work autonomously in a flexible, remote setting while managing multiple priorities. Ability to adapt to changes and evolving community needs. - Creative & Innovative Mindset: Highly creative with a passion and willingness to experiment and explore new engagement approaches. - Networking & Relationship Building Abilities: Adept at networking and establishing connections to support community building. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills for addressing challenges within the community. - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills for planning and executing events and initiatives. - Data Analytics: Basic knowledge of data analytics for measuring the success of community engagement initiatives. - Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms for community building and promoting about Reapra. - Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. - Results-Driven: A results-oriented mindset focused on achieving tangible outcomes in community growth and engagement. - Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage decision makers on a daily basis. - Previous PR, Marketing & Community Building Experience will be beneficial for the role.
