Business Development Representative
Advanced Solutions International, Inc.
• Working with sales and marketing leadership to develop target accounts for prospecting. • Following up, cultivating, and qualifying in-bound leads for the sales team, and generating new opportunities, through outbound calling and email. • Researching inbound leads and target accounts to add key contacts to CRM system. • Maintaining data integrity in CRM system through data cleanup. • Track, maintain, and report on key outbound activities such as calls made, connections, and appointments set and completed. • Achieving meeting goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. • Continuing to grow and increase product knowledge and sales skills. • Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong drive and a determined sales approach.
- Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot and/or iMIS).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas, preferred.
