• Take full ownership of the existing E2E automation framework (Playwright + WebdriverIO/Appium) • Define and drive the quality strategy across web and mobile platforms • Identify coverage gaps, prioritise test work, and align quality efforts with product releases • Own the Android mobile test suite (WebdriverIO + Appium + uiautomator2) — maintain, extend, and improve reliability • Expand iOS automation coverage, building on work already in progress • Ensure cross-platform parity across our iOS and Android apps • Maintain and extend the Playwright web test suite (Chromium + Mobile Safari) • Own API-level test coverage and webhook validation flows • Own the CI/CD pipelines for automated test runs (self-hosted runners and nightly scheduling) • Improve test reliability, parallelisation, and reporting (Playwright HTML + Allure) • Collaborate with DevOps on environment stability and infrastructure access • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to embed quality early in the development cycle • Translate product requirements into robust test coverage with a clear risk focus • Communicate clearly about automation coverage, gaps, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Translating high-level business vision into detailed, structured technical requirements • Creating clear feature specifications ready for development (acceptance criteria, edge cases, flows) • Designing and documenting: End-to-end system workflows, Multi-party interactions (applicant, merchant, lender, internal ops), Payments and money-movement logic, Role and permission matrices, Modeling system integrations and data flows between internal and external services • Collaborating closely with engineers on API design and integration-related decisions • Working closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations to clarify requirements before development begins • Supporting backlog grooming and prioritization with the PM • Maintaining structured, version-controlled documentation in Confluence • Identifying logic gaps, risk areas, and compliance concerns early in the design phase • Assisting in API requirement definition and integration planning with third-party providers

• Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform applications using React Native and TypeScript • Build reusable UI components and highly performant lists (utilizing tools like FlashList or FlatList) that strictly adhere to design specifications • Integrate mobile apps with backend services via RESTful APIs and WebSockets to ensure real-time data synchronization • Debug platform-specific issues using Xcode and Android Studio, and write or modify native modules (Swift/Kotlin) when standard libraries are insufficient • Champion code quality by writing clean, testable TypeScript code and actively participating in peer code reviews to ensure standards for readability and maintainability are met • Contribute to the long-term health of the codebase by identifying and fixing technical debt and improving overall test coverage • Actively contribute to architectural discussions, offering well-reasoned input on state management (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand) and navigation patterns to improve scalability • Monitor production stability using tools like Sentry or Crashlytics, proactively identifying and fixing crashes or errors • Optimize app performance by focusing on specific metrics such as frame rates, memory usage, app size, and battery consumption • Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable releases to the App Store and Google Play • Collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain technical constraints and propose viable solutions

• Identify, research, and build lists of high-quality target accounts aligned with RealVNC’s Ideal Customer Profile across industries such as enterprise IT, infrastructure, engineering, and operations. • Map organizational structures to find the right decision-makers (typically IT leaders, infrastructure teams, security stakeholders, and technical operators). • Execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone to initiate conversations about secure remote access and device connectivity solutions. • Conduct light qualification to ensure prospects match priority use cases and deployment environments. • Collaborate closely with two Account Executives to execute outbound campaigns using their positioning and outreach strategy. • Send personalized outreach through email and LinkedIn using AE-aligned messaging. • Engage prospects through targeted cold calls when appropriate to help qualify opportunities and accelerate conversations. • Position RealVNC’s secure remote access platform clearly and confidently, handling common questions and objections. • Book intro meetings between qualified prospects and the Account Executive team. • Maintain strong conversion rates from outbound outreach → conversations → meetings. • Ensure clean and accurate CRM documentation, including prospect profiles, qualification insights, and engagement notes. • Partner closely with Account Executives to refine ICP targeting, prospecting filters, and outreach strategy. • Share market intelligence—customer pain points, competitive signals, and buyer feedback—to inform outbound messaging and pipeline development. • Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously improve outbound performance and engagement quality.

• Sourcing candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, job portals, etc.) • Communicating with candidates, screening relevant CVs • Maintaining documentation and working with a CRM system
