• managing and expanding the network of machine builders using IXON's solution • strengthening relationships by understanding customer needs • guiding customers through the purchasing process using 'The Great Demo' method • measuring deal success based on the number of New Customers and Gross New ARR • inspiring customers and identifying possibilities for upsell • working effectively with internal colleagues from Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Product Support
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Italy. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction; • Identify and target potential clients in alignment with the company’s ICP and execute sales strategies effectively to win new logo clients, from prospecting to closing deals; • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including RevOps, marketing, solution engineer, product, and customer support, to ensure client and prospect needs are met. • Contribute to sales forecast and reporting accuracy on sales activities, and provide insights from the field to your Sales Manager and RevOps to continuously refine sales strategies based on market feedback and results. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Expand the market in southern Germany • Manage sales from initial contact through nurturing existing relationships • Develop and implement account plans • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers • Identify and proactively approach potential customers • Contribute to sales forecasts and reporting accuracy
