Brand & Community Operations VA
Wingman Group
• Manage daily community engagement across Instagram and TikTok • Respond to comments, DMs, reviews, and brand mentions • Organize and maintain the UGC and content asset library • Track content performance and prepare weekly reports • Support athlete and influencer sourcing and outreach • Assist with affiliate program administration and reporting • Maintain athlete databases and race calendars • Gather customer insights and prepare monthly summaries • Provide occasional backup support for customer operations
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Ecommerce Assistant, Community Manager, or similar role
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with social media platforms, Shopify, Google Drive, and project management tools
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Interest in running, fitness, sports, or community-driven brands is an advantage

We're looking for a skilled individual for the role of Onboarding and Engagement Manager, to handle the recruitment, training, and onboarding of our wellness buddies and be responsible for their performance and development during their tenure with the platform.
