• Responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and LNIX platforms • Design solutions, automation of service delivery • Hardware/software/OS/application maintenance • Platform security • Build out of globally accessible high-availability products and services • Support SOC 2 and ISO 27002 compliance activities • Collaborate with internal teams to support telecom-specific applications and integrations • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime • Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards, data protection regulations, and company policies • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system resources across enterprise systems • Support and maintain virtualization platforms (KVM, VMware, Hyper-V) • Provide technical support to end users
Job Requirements
- Fully experienced with Windows Server
- Fully experienced with Linux administration is A MUST
- Deep knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in the technologies, software, operating systems, and services noted above
- Must understand how high availability network services are delivered across the OSI layers in secured, and scalable, fashions
- Strong candidate would have mastered fundamentals, such as shell scripting, AD integration, RAID filesystem management, hardware selection, OS installation, data restoration, system troubleshooting, etc.

Role Description To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an PDM/PLM Systems Administrator located in US Remote Virginia Area. Reporting to the PDM Manager, the PDM/PLM Systems Administrator will support, enhance, and govern our engineering data management landscape. Will work closely with Engineering, IT, and Business stakeholders to drive data integrity, process consistency, and system improvements, supporting both operational excellence and future transformation initiatives. What a typical day looks like: - Administer and support Autodesk Vault. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Business teams. - Support and interact with SolidWorks PDM (EPDM) and PTC Windchill environments. - Lead and contribute to system improvement and development initiatives. - Ensure data quality, compliance, and audit readiness, including structured data governance activities. - Support BOM, Item Master, and material master processes, ensuring alignment across engineering and downstream systems. - Troubleshoot CAD and PDM/PLM issues across multiple CAD platforms (Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Eplan). - Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities. - Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices. - Support data migration, consolidation, and standardization efforts where required. - Occasional travel to site for key projects or stakeholder engagement.
